The blood orchid is believed to have the power to extend human life, a fountain of youth, and may even hold the key to curing cancer. The expedition's guide, Bill Johnson (Johnny Messner), tries to warn the team about the dangers they face, but clashes with team leader Dr. Jack Byron (Matthew Marsden). When Byron orders Johnson to take the team off-course, his rash decision leads to a fatality for the team when an impossibly enormous anaconda crosses their path. Faced with a decision to press on or turn back, they decide to continue their quest for the prized blood orchid. Battling mutant anaconda at every turn, it isn't long before the surviving team members discover the true secret of the blood orchid.
